One of the most effective ways to get your audience involved would be to ask them questions. One of those questions anyone asks needs to be, “Are there any kind of questions? ”

The issue and answer session is among the easiest tools to improve the relationship. But it’s also one of the most feared.

Why?

Because most people that are new to teleseminars don’t know how to deal with the dreaded Q&A program, it’s very easy. So in this post, I will share with you seven tips about handling question and solution sessions in your teleseminar.

1. Keep control of the situation.

One of the large mistakes with a question and answer session is to get detailed answers. Remember your audience isn’t at a professional level yet. Your solutions need to be at a level they can understand. So keep it basic short.

7. Repeat the actual question back to them.

Duplicating the question in your terms does three things. First, this confirms that you heard their question. It confirms that you will be about to answer their issue and not a different one. And finally provides you a chance to think of a solution!
