Job Postings

Login/Logout RMS

After logging in, the home page will appear, containing six primary tabs: Post Jobs Manage Jobs, Reports (primary account user ONLY), Candidate Search, Candidate Management, and Account Settings. The “Reports” section provides a list of purchase records, including account summary, invoice, job posting, and resume request credit usage.

Another feature is the ability to save new job postings as drafts, allowing them to be activated at a later date. The system also allows users to give a job application or resume request a score, which can be used to indicate the quality of the candidate.

When a job application or resume request is saved as a draft, it will be automatically reposted on the Job Listings for broader exposure and to receive a higher response. One job posting credit will be deducted for each time it is reposted. The application can also be sent to multiple recipients, and CC’d to external sites.

Job Requests
