Led by James Beard’s award-winning team, Tony Mantuano (Bar Toma, Spiaggia Piano Terzo) and John Hogan from Bar Toma, Spiaggia Piano Terzo), their menu specializes in meat with custom fire roasting ovens. All proteins are served tableside for an experience that truly stands out.
Our menu also features several non-meat dishes, such as our wood-smoked whole chicken and cider brined and apple smoked rack of pork, as well as a few highlights like our fire-roasted large fish and steak for two with Mediterranean chips.
There are two interior bars serving drinks and offering an exceptional selection of beer, craft cocktails, wine, and local drafts. Their cocktail list boasts creative twists on classics such as Manhattan and Whiskey Sours; for dessert, there is traditional chocolate pot de creme as well as several soft-serve varieties, including ginger lemon grass soft serve as well as one drizzled with quality balsamic vinegar – delicious!

My favorite dish here was definitely Boatload of Veggies; River Roast was absolutely exquisite in presentation and highly satisfying in substance, so much so that I will undoubtedly return for another visit. They offer some interesting soft serve desserts, such as ginger-lemon grass soft serve drizzled with quality balsamic vinegar, as well as excellent chocolate pot de creme and whiskey-infused cookies and cream for dessert!
