Criminal convictions can have devastating repercussions for your life and reputation. To help defend against the charge, however, you have the right to legal representation, whether by hiring a private attorney or a public defender. Costs vary depending on the case type; typically, more severe charges, such as felonies, will cost more than misdemeanors. Also, contingency fees usually don’t apply in criminal matters.

Mary-Kathryn Harcombe is a Nashville criminal defense attorney working for the Public Defender’s office in Davidson County, Tennessee. She has represented clients charged with felonies, domestic violence cases, and juveniles, women, and immigrants. Additionally, Mary-Kathryn is involved with efforts to reform criminal justice systems across Tennessee.

She also spearheads and manages the New Americans Project within her defender office, which provides criminal defense services for non-citizens and newcomers to this country. Furthermore, she educates on criminal and immigration law issues within Tennessee.

On Boxing Day, 23-year-old Robert McClenaghan died after being stabbed on a club dancefloor. Stratford Town FC expressed its profound sorrow, and many signed an online petition demanding metal detectors and stab vests be installed at all clubs to make them safer for members.

Cody Fisher was raised in Northern California and enjoyed spending time outdoors and reading poetry. After earning his AA at Shasta Community College, he moved to San Francisco and attended SF State.

An arrest and conviction can have far-reaching repercussions in life. If you have been charged with criminal acts in Tennessee, seek assistance from an experienced Nashville criminal defense lawyer immediately to ensure all legal procedures and your rights as a suspect are observed by law enforcement officials and that prosecution does not violate your constitutional rights.

Nashville criminal defense lawyers can assist in your decision whether or not to accept a plea bargain, which should only be taken after careful deliberation and evaluation of all available options. They can provide comprehensive risk/benefit analyses so you are well informed of all available strategies before making their recommendation on your plea deal decision. Furthermore, do not feel pressured into accepting such an arrangement, as sometimes a trial is the best solution in individual cases.

He is a Stony Brook Defender

Stratford Town FC have paid their respects to former player Cody Fisher, who was found stabbed to death at their nightclub. Police have opened a murder investigation, and his family has requested privacy and respect as they cope with his loss.

Stony Brook fans echoed Stony Brook’s victory against Central Connecticut 19-3 at Dorrance Field with every Seawolf defensive stop as the team displayed its dominance with only three goals allowed by Central Connecticut despite outshooting them by an incredible margin on goal. Stony Brook also outshot them significantly on plan while moving the ball quickly against them on offense, with Kailyn Hart playing an instrumental part in scoring goals for Stony Brook.

Stony Brook has immense potential this season, and their defense is the key to unlocking it. Led by Hofstra transfer Carolyn Carrera and senior Brook Gubitosi and Mackenzie Burns – one of the best players in women’s lacrosse – Stony Brook boasts one of the most robust defenses.

Stony Brook boasts a fast and talented midfield that can quickly turn the tide of any game. Additionally, they are known for being physical on both sides of the field, thus making them one of the most complex teams to face off against this year in the CAA competition.

Haley Dillon earned CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors after an exceptional performance against Johns Hopkins and Drexel, where she collected six ground balls and caused two turnovers for the Seawolves. Dillon hails from Mount Sinai, N.Y.

She led Stony Brook with six draw controls and was quick and agile during transition play. Stony Brook’s defense is one of the main reasons they led the CAA conference.

Though they lost, the Seawolves are still in first place in the CAA with four games remaining and are gearing up for a crucial match against Monmouth on April 7; that game will be broadcast live by FloLive.
